Puranjay a.k.a PJ is the founder of Fitpapa, a performance, and lifestyle consultancy with a simple goal – to improve lives in a measurable, consistent, and sustainable manner.
Since as long as memory serves, PJ has been a bio-hacking geek, experimenting with his food, body, mind, performance. Voraciously consuming literature on everything health and fitness over decades, he is a human library of cutting-edge research that can be deployed to tackle almost any modern- day ailment. But actions speak louder than words and at 52 years of age, he walks the talk at a fitness level most would be envious of. Formerly working as a senior management executive with a Fortune 500 company, PJ gave up a plush job to be completely devoted to the cause of helping his clients upgrade themselves. He does this by cutting through the clutter on health, fitness, nutrition and health disorders to deliver actionable information via specially tailored programs that address the goals his clients wish to achieve! PJ is internationally consulted on programs to reverse conditions such as diabetes, thyroid, insomnia, PCOD, Psoriasis, Hashimotos, as well as for general fitness, muscle building, endurance, strength training and wellness programs.
PJ’s work in this field is motivated by the times we are living in. While humanity has taken huge strides in almost every field, be it technology, medicine, or big data, this advancement has come at a cost. The age of information is upon us and we all suffer from an overload of information! It can be difficult to make sense of the vast seas of data over the internet that point in a million different directions. Most succumb to social media fads and trends that do more harm than good. Through ‘Fitpapa’, PJ is on a mission to help people, irrespective of age or background, transform themselves into the super humans they wish to become.
You can find PJ sipping on a coffee in the Aravalli hills of Udaipur, passionately talking about longevity, anti-aging, sleep, recovery, fitness, nutrition, mindset, performance and habit formation.
